When your customers telephone your office they will be greeted by our professional reception staff who will answer your calls with your business name and calls can be announced to you leaving you with the choice to take the call or have it directed to your optional personal VoiceMail service.
Visitors to your business will be welcomed by our reception staff and offered complimentary tea/coffee/chilled spring water while they wait for you to meet them.
Telecommunications are provided by a digital phone system and broadband access all carried by the latest Cat5e cabling and provided at sensible call costs. We can even provide you with fully transferable telephone numbers as part of the service.
