Telecommunications are provided by a digital phone system and broadband access all carried by the latest Cat5e cabling and provided at sensible call costs.  We can even provide you with fully transferable telephone numbers as part of the service.

Rentals start from as little as £65.00 per week with a minimum commitment never needing to be for more than two weeks.

Charges are fully inclusive of rent, business rates, external repair, building insurance, heating, lighting, power, waste disposal and cleaning.

The Personal Touch at SWJ House is that unlike many anonymous complexes a full reception service is included in the rental.
